A friend of mine and I had a long, serious talk about some things last night. It got me to thinking... how does one honestly know if they're a bastard or not? To everyone's own perception, they're never a bad guy. Hitler even thought he was doing the right thing. I know what I feel inside and what my intentions are but it's a lot like trying to smell your own breath. I could be the Antichrist and I'd never know it until I accidentally destroyed the planet and summoned my father Satan to come and rule. One minute, I'd be helping a little kitten out of a tree and the next, I'd be happily bringing down fiery destruction upon all mankind.

In the past, when someone has asked me about it, I've told them that of course I'm not a bad person. But perhaps I should find out if that's really true. It's strange how very rarely people take a look at themselves and how little they honestly know about their own personalities. I think I'll spend this week taking a good look at myself and see what I find.

On a different note, I haven't been drawing much lately. I don't really have the motivation to do anything creative right now. So... don't be expecting much art coming out of me.
